W.J. (Bill) Luedey
Although he “only” started working in the benefits industry in 1975, Bill Sr. has an infinite amount of industry experience. His reputation for his attention to detail and dedication to a high level of service standards is known throughout the industry. His work experience includes supporting mid and large sized organizations while providing advice on plan design, governance, administration and the financial details of benefits. DIRECTOR - consulTING SERVICES
Tim Foster
Tim has been able to gain experience working for some large insurance carriers and a local consulting firm prior to joining LCI in 2014. Since joining LCI, Tim has taken an interest in servicing clients led by Trustees and Board Members, along with benefit plans based on hour-banks. He has a strong understanding of the financial aspects of these types of plans, in addition, he is very knowledgeable with respect to drug plan designs and underwriting. Besides being a great guy, he was an obvious choice for LCI to hire because he is from Cape Breton. Beside being a dog lover and our in-house foodie, he was recently introduced to fatherhood and he is enjoying every minute of it.
